HR Generalist / Talent Management, HR Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Under the direction of the CFO and President, the Human Resources Manager oversees the day-to-day administration of human resources programs and provides guidance and support to physicians, leaders, managers, and team members. This position ensures HR practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with the organization’s goals, culture, and commitment to quality patient care.
Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, eight-hour shifts

- Administers HR policies, procedures, programs, and employee records.
- Maintains knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and ensures HR practices remain compliant.
- Partners with leadership and managers on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, workplace concerns, and organizational needs.
- Manage recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
- Administers employee benefit programs and coordinates with Finance regarding payroll, benefits, PTO, and leave administration.
- Maintains job descriptions and supports compensation administration, including market research and salary reviews.
- Coordinates the performance appraisal process and supports managers in effectively addressing performance.
- Identifies and coordinates training and development opportunities.
- Administers leave programs and manage workers’ compensation claims.
- Develops, updates, and communicates HR policies and the employee handbook.
- Maintains accurate, confidential personnel records and prepares HR reports as needed.
- Provides HR guidance and recommendations to managers, Directors, physicians, and leadership.
- Consults with legal counsel as appropriate regarding employment matters.
- Serves as Corporate Compliance officer, supports organizational compliance initiatives, and participates in committees and special projects.
- Maintains a visible presence at practice locations and remains accessible to team members and leaders.
- Protects confidential employee and patient information and follows all applicable healthcare privacy and safety requirements.

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience; healthcare experience preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience leading teams
- Working knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, benefits, performance management, and HR practices.
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
