What You'll Do
- Perform general facility upkeep including cleaning, replacing light bulbs, basic plumbing tasks, and minor repairs
- Support preventive maintenance activities on conveyors and AS/RS systems
- Assist senior technicians during troubleshooting and repairs
- Conduct safety checks and inspections as directed
- Complete daily documentation and communicate issues to supervisor
- Respond to radio calls and work order requests in a timely manner
- High school diploma or GED required
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience
- Basic awareness of downtime protocols
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
- Learning mindset; willingness to learn and grow in technical skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends or holidays as needed
Physical and Environmental:
- Ability to lift to 60 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for most of a 10- or 12-hour shift
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled and to work outside in any weather
