Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are searching for a new Maintenance Worker at the Crocs Ohio Distribution Center in Vandalia, Ohio. This role supports basic maintenance and repair tasks throughout a 1.3M square foot Footwear & Accessories Distribution Center. The entry‑level position works under close supervision to perform routine maintenance duties, assist experienced technicians, and ensure facility operations run smoothly in a highly automated environment.

• Perform general facility upkeep including cleaning, replacing light bulbs, basic plumbing tasks, and minor repairs
• Support preventive maintenance activities on conveyors and AS/RS systems
• Assist senior technicians during troubleshooting and repairs
• Conduct safety checks and inspections as directed
• Complete daily documentation and communicate issues to supervisor
• Respond to radio calls and work order requests in a timely manner

• High school diploma or GED required
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic awareness of downtime protocols
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
• Learning mindset; willingness to learn and grow in technical skills
• Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends or holidays as needed

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for most of a 10‑ or 12‑hour shift
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that is not climate‑controlled and to work outside in any weather
