Fleet Vehicle Repair Technician

Rally Fleet is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Fleet Vehicle Repair Technician. This position plays a pivotal role in conducting light to heavy automotive body repairs, frame machine and panel replacements, and disassembly and reassembly of fleet vans. We are looking for a forward‑looking professional who shares our commitment to excellence and aligns with our values.

• Light to heavy automotive body repairs on different types of surfaces
• Frame machine and panel replacement including welding
• Disassemble and reassemble fleet vans
• Auto body repairs to OEM standards
• Replace and weld steel and aluminum panels

• Previous experience as a Body Shop Repair person
• Experience working with metals, including aluminum
• Ability to straighten sheet metal
• Previous welding experience
  
  Frame machine and welding experience
• Ability to lift heavy objects 20–75 lbs
• Reliable transportation
