Location: Vandalia, OH

Pay Rate: $16.50-$17.50 per hour

Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday or 2:30 PM - 11 PM, Monday-Friday

• Load, unload, sort, and move products by hand or with equipment.
• Pick, pack, and prep items so orders are accurate and ready to roll.
• Use handheld scanners or devices to track products (we’ll train you).
• Stay active – on your feet, lifting up to 25 lbs, and keeping pace.
• Follow safety rules and help keep the floor clear and organized.
• Show up, clock in, and give a solid day's work – no coasting.
• Keep your focus sharp – details matter when orders are on the line.
• Be willing to learn, follow instructions, and improve every shift.
• Work with your crew – team‑first, no drama.
• Stay flexible – shifts, overtime, and new tasks come with the territory.
• 1+ years of warehouse/RF scanning experience required.
