THE ROLE:
As a Material Handler (Within the Cell), you are the heartbeat of our production line! Working under the guidance of our Cell and Shift Leaders, you will ensure our production never misses a beat by managing the flow of essential materials. You aren't just moving items; you are ensuring the entire process runs smoothly and efficiently.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Keep Production Moving:
Load plastic resins into machine hoppers to ensure continuous operation.
Master the Machinery:
Perform essential preventative maintenance on hopper loaders, grinders, and dryers.
Stay Proactive:
Monitor and respond to dryer/grinder alarms, clean filters, and ensure all grinders are utilized effectively.
Maintain Excellence:
Empty grinder bins and ensure the workspace is optimized for success.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Skills & Knowledge:
You have a sharp eye for detail, strong reasoning abilities, and can communicate effectively with a diverse team.
Technical Edge:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and the ability to handle essential math (weights, volumes, and measurements).
Certifications:
A valid Forklift Certification is required!
Experience:
1–3 months of related experience or training is preferred.
The "X" Factor: A great work ethic, the ability to think critically, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
