Assemble product per customer requirements using approved industry standards. This is a full-time position, M-F, 8:00am – 5:00 pm.

• Assemble product per drawing, specifications, or BOMs with the emphasis on hose assemblies (i.e. hose kits, component assemblies, industrial hose, lubrication assemblies, etc.).
• Prioritize build schedules based upon production schedules or required dates.
• Communicate production improvement ideas or issues to management.
• Record job completions, errors, downtime, and hoses per day.
• Problem solve by comparing order to BOM to print as needed and communicate concerns efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Must have excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, effectively, and professionally with customers, vendors and other Triad employees.
• Reads and follow written work instructions.
• Possess strong mathematical skills – add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must be able to handle products (inventory) up to 50 pounds.
• Possess accurate keyboarding skills (for data entry).
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have Microsoft Office and Outlook knowledge. Knowledge of Prophet
  21 software and other vendor computer systems are preferred.
• Individuals must score 70% or higher on the Mechanical Aptitude test.
