*** Perform pre-assembly operations and accurately assemble components
* Read and interpret process specifications, routers, and technical drawings
* Set up and operate equipment such as lead cutting machines
* Cut leads and wrapping tape to specification
* Inspect, document, and ensure product quality standards are met
* Manage your own workflow and prioritize tasks effectively### ###

* What We’re Looking For:

*** High school diploma or equivalent experience
* Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments preferred
* Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent manual dexterity
* Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations
* Ability to interpret drawings and process specifications
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Good communication skills at all levels### ###
** Bonus Points If You Have:
*** Experience working with small precision parts (under 1.5 inches)
* Experience operating production machinery or cutting equipment
* Prior experience in high-volume manufacturing environments### ###

*** Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
