As our next Production Manager
, you’ll be at the forefront of overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety compliance. Your expertise in manufacturing operations and leadership will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and achieving production excellence.

- Lead and supervise manufacturing teams to meet production targets, quality standards, and on‑time delivery
- Monitor KPIs (efficiency, scrap rates, downtime) and implement corrective actions
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S)
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve bottlenecks
- Train, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring safety and policy compliance
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and ensure manufacturability and scalability
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management (automotive or electromechanical preferred)
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and ERP systems
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, including root cause analysis
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Experience in high‑volume production environments
- Knowledge of automation and Industry 4.0 practices
