** What You’ll Be Doing:*
* • Train employees and support operations across multiple production areas
• Lead by example and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards
• Complete production reporting documentation including labor tracking, quality reports, and corrective actions
• Review and utilize Bills of Materials (BOMs) to identify required components and materials
• Participate in Gemba Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
• Perform equipment set-ups and support production operations as needed
• Set up and run new and existing product configurations with minimal supervision
• Ensure products meet quality requirements before advancing to the next operation
• Support production teams by troubleshooting issues and maintaining workflow efficiency
• Maintain knowledge of machines, processes, and quality criteria within the department##

* What We’re Looking For:
*
* • High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in a leadership or lead-hand capacity
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Good mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Mechanical aptitude and excellent manual dexterity
• Ability to train and support team members effectively##
** Bonus Points If You Have:*
* • Experience with production reporting systems and quality documentation
• Prior experience leading small teams in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen
• Experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product configurations##
