Existing position. As our next Production Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety compliance. - Lead and supervise manufacturing teams to meet production targets, quality standards, and on-time delivery
- Monitor KPIs (efficiency, scrap rates, downtime) and implement corrective actions
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S)
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve bottlenecks
- Train, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring safety and policy compliance
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and ensure manufacturability and scalability
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field OR equivalent experience (5+ years of manufacturing operations management, automotive or electromechanical preferred, high‑volume production environments)
- Hands‑on, employee‑mindful team player, always present on the plant floor, not a micromanager but a leader/problem solver
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and embrace change in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Experience in process change management
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and ERP systems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Knowledge of automation and Industry 4.0 practices
