Requirements include previous manufacturing experience, class 3 hand soldering experience, previous cup soldering experience, ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions, strong attention to detail and manual dexterity, ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy, strong organizational and teamwork skills, reliable attendance, willingness to work scheduled overtime and occasional weekends, ability to communicate effectively with coworkers.

Job duties include performing class 3 hand soldering according to IPC standards and engineering prints, utilizing solder pots to perform wire and lead tinning, cutting, trimming, and forming wire leads using hand tools, performing visual self-inspections in accordance with IPC standards, completing light assembly tasks, maintaining accurate production records, following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE, working efficiently while maintaining quality standards, staying organized in a fast-paced production environment, performing additional duties as assigned.
