Soldering Technician

Location: Vandalia, OH

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing experience required
  • Class 3 hand soldering experience preferred
  • Previous cup soldering experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills

    Reliable attendance
  • Willingness to work scheduled overtime and occasional weekends
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers
Job Duties
  • Perform Class 3 hand soldering according to IPC standards and engineering prints
  • Utilize solder pots to perform wire and lead tinning
  • Cut, trim, and form wire leads using hand tools
  • Perform visual self‑inspections in accordance with IPC standards
  • Complete light assembly tasks
  • Maintain accurate production records
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Stay organized in a fast‑paced production environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
