Promote an ownership mindset within the team so that each member feels engaged, valued, and aware of how their work contributes to the success of the processing center.
Ensure quality control practices are followed, including proper handling of tissue samples and adherence to cleaning, sterilization, and safety protocols.
Support and encourage continuous improvement initiatives, including the application of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies where applicable.
Monitor and support compliance with quality management systems, documentation standards, and regulatory expectations.
Cover the on-call schedule as assigned, including holidays, and support weekend work as needed to meet production and operational requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the operation and the broader organization.
