Are you a precision-driven expert with a passion for excellence? All Service Plastic Molding (ASPM), a proud member of The Minco Group,is looking for a meticulous and motivated Quality CMM Programmer and Lead Inspector to join our high-volume manufacturing team!
In this critical role, you will be the guardian of our product quality, ensuring every component meets the highest industry standards and customer expectations.

What You’ll Do:
Master the Code:
Develop, program, and maintain advanced CMM programs for in-process inspections and tool approvals.
Lead the Way:
Manage gage approvals (Gage R&R, MSA) and mentor our Lab Inspectors to sharpen their skills.
Innovate & Support:
Collaborate directly with engineering to develop custom work holding and fixtures that ensure flawless measurement repeatability.
Problem Solve:
Investigate dimensional issues and partner with production teams to continuously enhance product quality.
Ensure Excellence:
Perform hands-on quality inspections on various plastic parts and components.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience:
3 years of CMM programming and dimensional inspection experience, ideally in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
Technical Savvy:
Expert knowledge of QA/QC principles and a strong ability to interpret complex technical documents.
The "Zeiss" Edge:
Preference given to those with experience using Zeiss equipment and software.
Leadership Traits:
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and the leadership skills to guide a quality-focused team.
