Lead the Vision Center to drive sales, oversee merchandise presentation, inventory, and community outreach. Provide training and supervision to associates, maintain compliance with company and legal policies, and support customer service excellence.

• Drive sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signage, and inventory levels.
• Budget, forecast sales, and assess economic trends and community needs.
• Enforce and model customer/member service best practices, resolving complaints within company guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach and promote a positive presence in the community.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, monitor asset protection and safety controls, and conduct operational quality reviews.
• Provide guidance on company programs and strategic initiatives; direct associates in maintaining confidentiality of information and documentation.
• Supervise associate hiring, training, mentoring, recognizing performance, and fostering a culture of belonging.
• Consult with members, obtain measurements, verify prescriptions, handle minor frame repairs, and maintain optical equipment.
• Coordinate job‑related activities, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and communicate goals and objectives.
• Identify improvement opportunities and promote continuous learning.

• Completion of 2+ years of college OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience including 1 year of optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws.

• Experience in supervising associates.

• Hourly wage range: $24.50 - $34.50 plus performance‑based bonuses.
