Communicate to discern the best vehicle for customer’s needs and budget

Demonstrate characteristics, capabilities and features of the vehicles

Provide professional product demonstrations and accompany on test drives, and close the deal

• Greet customers coming in to the showroom and establish rapport
• Communicate to discern the best vehicle for customer’s needs and budget
• Demonstrate characteristics, capabilities and features of the vehicles
• Provide professional product demonstrations and accompany on test drives, and close the deal
• Respond promptly to internet customers
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
• Set appointments for customers to visit the store for test drives and presentations.
• Utilize Social Channels to communicate with prospects and customers
• Utilize Data Mining tools to attract new opportunities
• Entice the online and phone prospects to visit the store and buy a car!

• Previous auto sales is required
• Must be results‑driven with the ability to thrive in a competitive, team‑based environment.
• Extremely organized
• Great attitude with a high‑energy personality
• Must have outstanding phone skills and follow up
