Overview

Full‑time Retail Sales Representative for NRG Electricity and Gas at Kroger 747, Vandalia, OH.

Immediate hire, with first‑sale bonus and paid training.

• Engage with customers about NRG electricity and gas.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environment.
• Welcome customers and offer assistance courteously.
• Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest suitable products.
• Provide information on products and services to help customers make selections.
• Build customer confidence and establish professional relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort to accomplish related results.
• Track and communicate activity to Retail Operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, functional, and presentable workstation or kiosk.
• Submit all paperwork accurately and completely.
• Learn to uncover consumer desires, overcome objections, and avoid door‑to‑door, cold calling or telemarketing.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
