As a Sales Representative, you’ll help consumers discover smarter approaches to energy, educate on options, and guide them toward the right choice. You’ll do it your way – backed by proven training, lead support, and the growth mindset of a finely tuned sales operation.

• Generate business by working an assigned territory selling natural gas, electricity and utility line protection, and generating leads.
• Use a consultative selling approach; increase customers’ awareness of choice and competitive advantage, provide pricing, and effectively close the sale.
• Assure quality and accurate representation of products; represent the company professionally and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Keep detailed records of sales activity via CRM technology on an iPad.
• Develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.

The employee must work outdoors daily with exposure to an outside environment, including inclement weather. The employee is regularly required to drive, sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs (iPad, training binders, marketing materials).

8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday. Work hours may vary by season;
Saturdays can be required if sales goals aren’t met during the week.

Work Authorization:
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full‑time basis. No sponsorship is available for this position.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 – $ total earnings opportunity, inclusive of commissions and bonuses.

Commission:
Uncapped. During the first year, the minimum commission may be $20,000 to $30,000, depending on geography.
