The Big Task
As an HVAC Sales Manager, you’ll lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth while ensuring every customer receives a professional, solution-focused, and exceptional experience. This is not a maintenance leadership role. This is a growth and impact role. We are looking for someone who wants to build, develop people, challenge processes, and materially influence business results. KeySub Tasks
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop HVAC comfort advisors and sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Set clear sales targets, monitor KPIs, and hold the team accountable to results
- Ride along with sales team members to provide in-field coaching, feedback, and ongoing development
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring consistent execution and a high standard of customer experience
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and dispatch teams to align lead flow, installation capacity, and revenue goals
- Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and strategic planning
- Ensure all proposals, financing options, and system recommendations are accurate, ethical, and aligned with company standards

Required Skills- Minimally 5 years of experience managing sales teams, analyzing performance metrics, and driving consistent revenue growth.
