Responsibilities In this role, you ll be a critical link between our customers, dealers, sales team, and internal operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying and routing incoming sales leads
• Analyzing dealer and customer activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Supporting sales representatives with lead follow-up and customer engagement
• Processing customer orders accurately through CRM and ERP systems
• Monitoring order status and coordinating timely delivery
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales data
• Responding to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Building strong relationships with customers and dealer partners
• Collaborating with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and other internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Experience in customer service, sales support, order management, inside sales, account coordination, or a related role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
• Experience supporting dealer or distributor networks
• Background in construction, industrial equipment, manufacturing, or related industries
• Experience with reporting, analytics, or business process improvement
