Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. Ready to suit up as a Security Guard in a Concierge post? This role emphasizes customer service, as you will work with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and more. Your ability to engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence is key.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will focus on customer service and guest interactions across shifts.

• Full-time, 3rd shift, Saturday through Wednesday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Part-time, 3rd shift, Thursday through Saturday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $18.07/hr (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees)

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
