Lead Security Officer at Securitas provides leadership to Security Officers, ensuring a safe environment for clients. Observes and reports incidents, enforces regulations, and maintains order. This role requires an hourly wage of $18.50 and weekly pay.

• Lead and direct Security Officers at assigned client sites.
• Observe and report activities and incidents.
• Ensure security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Enforce regulations and directives concerning personnel, visitors, and premises.
• Maintain order and support the team to meet client needs.

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Security Lead or Security Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to observe and respond quickly to incidents.
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Valid security credentials as required by local regulations.
