Lead Security Officer

Position Overview

Wage: $18.50 per hour.

Title: Security Lead or Security Supervisor (minimum 1+ years experience).

The Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel. Maintains order and enforces regulations, directives, and policies at the site.

• Lead and supervise security staff during assigned shifts.
• Observe, report, and document activities and incidents.

• Enforce security regulations and directives at the site.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Lead or Supervisor.
• Knowledge of security industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to enforce regulations and maintain order.
