Delivery Crew​/Set Crew​/Roofing

Overview

Delivery Crew - The Delivery Crew is responsible for getting modular homes to job sites and setting them on the foundation. The job involves driving an escort vehicle (flatbed or pickup truck) leading/following an oversize load to the jobsite. You do not have to have a CDL to be part of the delivery crew. The remainder of the job involves working outdoors with the crew at the jobsite assembling rigging, moving the house onto the foundation, climbing into crawl spaces/onto roofs, and cleaning up the job site.

Occasional overnight stays may be required (normally 1-2 times per month). Roofers are encouraged to apply. Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

• Drive escort vehicle leading or following an oversize load to the jobsite
• Transport modular homes to job sites and assist with placement on the foundation
• Work with the crew at the site to assemble rigging and secure the home
• Climb into crawl spaces and onto roofs as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Schedule is Monday–Friday. Normal start time is 7:00 am. End time can vary. Occasional overnight stays (1–2 times per month).
