Plasterer​/Yesero

Overview

Legacy Finishing Systems is looking to expand its team with plasterers.

• Apply coats of plaster to walls, ceilings, or partitions of buildings, using trowels, brushes, or spray guns
• Set up scaffolds
• Apply weatherproof, decorative coverings to exterior surfaces of buildings, such as by troweling or spraying on coats of stucco
• Clean and prepare surfaces for applications of plaster, cement, stucco, or similar materials, such as by drywall taping
• Mix substances or compounds needed for work activities
• Mold or install ornamental plaster pieces, panels, or trim
• Other duties as assigned by foreman

• Location:
  
  no home base; travel within the Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati areas
• Candidates must have reliable transportation
• No background check required
• Must pass drug screen
• Must be authorized to work in the US. Legacy participates in E-Verify
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must join union after 1 week of employment
• Preferred:
  Hawk and trowel knowledge
• Preferred:
  Experience with plaster
• Preferred:
  Knowledge of plaster mixing

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally; ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces as needed
• Basic hand tool knowledge
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers quickly and accurately

• Molde o instala piezas ornament ales de yeso, paneles o molduras
• Otras funciones asignadas por el capataz

• Capacidad para levantar 50 libras regularmente y hasta 75 libras ocasionalmente; capacidad para subir escaleras y trabajar en espacios reducidos
• Conocimientos básicos de herramientas manuales
• Habilidades matemáticas básicas (suma, resta, multiplicación, división). Capacidad para sumar, restar, multiplicar y dividir números de forma rápida y precisa
