Local CDL A Driver Day Shift

Overview

Central Transport is a leading Less‑Than‑Truckload (LTL) carrier with a nationwide network of terminals serving the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We are expanding our team in Vandalia, OH, and are looking for Local Pick Up and Delivery Drivers who are ready to join a company that offers consistent routes, modern equipment, and the convenience of returning home each night.

• Operate modern tractor‑trailer equipment to load, transport, and unload freight.
• Ensure customer freight is delivered on time and in a damage‑free condition.
• Represent the company and maintain excellent customer relations.
• Unload the trailer upon completion of each daily route.

• At least 3months of recent tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Haz Mat and Tanker endorsement, or willingness to obtain within 60days.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record with no DUI’s in the last 5years (maximum one lifetime offense).
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and hair‑follicle test.
