Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Driver role based in Vandalia, OH. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely operating a company vehicle to deliver Amazon packages on planned routes, following all traffic laws and company safety procedures. Daily tasks include loading packages, using a handheld device for navigation and delivery tracking, and maintaining clear communication with dispatch and support staff.

The role also involves providing courteous, efficient service at each delivery stop, handling packages with care, and reporting any delivery or vehicle issues promptly. Drivers are expected to meet performance and safety standards, complete shifts as scheduled, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with recipients and team members.
• Experience with forklift operation or material handling is beneficial for loading and organizing packages.
• Background in training or mentoring is helpful for supporting new team members and promoting best practices.
• Experience in sales or food & beverage can be an asset, demonstrating reliability, time management, and service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass required background and motor vehicle checks.
• Ability to lift and carry packages, work on feet for extended periods, and perform in varying weather conditions.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and comfort using handheld devices or smartphones for navigation and tracking.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior delivery or logistics experience is a plus.
