Warehouse Operator – 2nd Shift
Pay: $28.30 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour

Working Hours:

2nd Shift; 3:00pm to 11:30pm;
Weekends, overtime and holidays as needed.

In this role you will be a key member of the LandO’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front‑line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You will gain experience in warehouse operations, including coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries, packing and loading final products with a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing warehouse areas.

• Comply with all safety processes and insist on safety practices for self and others
• Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly
• Process work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink‑wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Multi‑task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast‑paced environment
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve, and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; always respectful
• Successful forklift certification required

• 1+ year of warehousing work experience
• Forklift experience

• Ability to lift/carry up to 60pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Work in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods, and may involve dust and chemicals
