Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Art & Motion Designer with expertise in motion graphics, visual storytelling, digital design, and video editing. The ideal candidate should be skilled at creating engaging static and animated creative assets for social media, digital advertising, websites, and marketing campaigns, while maintaining brand consistency and delivering high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities
Design engaging static and motion graphics for social media, websites, digital advertisements, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
Create high-quality animations, explainer videos, reels, GIFs, and promotional videos for digital platforms
Collaborate with marketing, content, SEO, and performance teams to develop compelling visual assets for campaigns
Edit and enhance video content using motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, and sound synchronization
Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
Optimize creatives for multiple platforms and ensure responsiveness across various screen sizes and formats
Utilize AI-powered creative tools to improve design workflows, generate concepts, and enhance production efficiency
Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, AI tools, and digital content best practices

Notion, Click Up, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace

Candidate Requirements
Diploma course/degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
Proven experience in motion graphics, graphic design, or multimedia design with a strong portfolio
Strong understanding of motion design principles, typography, color theory, composition, visual storytelling, and branding
Should know about short-form AI video
Knowledge of video editing, animation techniques, sound synchronization, and content optimization for digital platforms
Familiarity with social media content creation for Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, and other digital channels
Excellent creativity, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
