Job Description

Ekam Kashi is a boutique hotel rooted in the spirit and heritage of Varanasi. We are looking for a Front Office Executive who understands refined hospitality, guest engagement, and attention to detail, and who can represent the hotel with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and front desk operations smoothly
- Manage guest queries, requests, and feedback with a service-first approach
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping, F&B, and operations for seamless guest experiences
- Handle reservations, room allocations, billing, and cash/card transactions
- Maintain accurate guest records, reports, and front office registers
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, brand standards, and service quality benchmarks
- Upsell rooms, experiences, and hotel services where appropriate
- Handle OTA bookings and walk-ins efficiently

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in front office operations at hotels or boutique properties
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
- Well-groomed, confident, and guest-focused personality
- Comfortable with PMS, OTA extranets, and basic hotel software
- Calm under pressure and capable of handling peak-hour operations
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Experience & Qualification

- 1–3 years of experience in hotel front office or guest services
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
