As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will partner with managers to drive HR initiatives that support KNAPP’s operations across Canada. This role demands a strategic thinker skilled in employee relations, recruiting, and labor law compliance. You will play an essential role in promoting a positive workplace environment, ensuring employee engagement, and facilitating training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate hiring and onboarding of Canadian staff

• Support employee relations investigations and resolutions

• Maintain adherence to HR policies and laws

• Promote engagement through feedback mechanisms

• Assist with payroll and benefits administration

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

• Minimum 3 years in HR within related fields

• Understanding of Canadian labor laws

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience in a 24/7 operational environment preferred
