GA​/IT Assistant

INNOCEAN  is a global marketing and communications agency and we are looking for a
GA/IT Assistant provides a mix of administrative support and technical troubleshooting and performs a large variety of office support functions contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Office:

GA Support (General Affairs)
Provide support to Management.
Office Operations:
Managing office supplies, coordinating with building maintenance, and overseeing cleaning or security services.
Procurement:
Researching and purchasing office equipment, furniture, or software licenses.
Documentation:
Maintaining internal records, contracts, and insurance documents.
Event Support:
Helping organize internal meetings, company events, or travel arrangements for executives.

IT Support (Information Technology)
First-Line Troubleshooting:
Solving day-to-day hardware and software issues (printers, Wi-Fi, VPN access, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace).
Asset Management:
Tracking company hardware (laptops, phones, monitors) and maintaining an up-to-date inventory.
Support for Onboarding:
Setting up workstations, email accounts, and security permissions for new hires.
Vendor Liaison:
Acting as the point of contact for external IT service providers or Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

Other requirements

Fluent Italian and working knowledge of English
Driving license B type
