Mon Fri, 8a 5p Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance:

Qualifications:

Spanish or Russian speakers a plus; must be COVID and flu vaccinated DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages (newborns through geriatrics) in a community health center setting. Manage a high-volume patient schedule of up to 21 patients per day in a fast-paced environment. Perform basic office procedures including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care.

Deliver walk-in/acute care services and chronic disease management for a diverse, underserved population. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including dedicated medical assistants, mental health therapists, and dietitians to coordinate patient care.
