Medical Receptionist

Position Summary

Seamar is hiring a full‑time Receptionist for our Vashon Medical Clinic. The receptionist will process patient information, make medical appointments, contact patients by phone on behalf of Seamar, take messages, and perform related administrative duties. The ideal candidate must possess problem‑solving skills, communicate efficiently with patients, and demonstrate a high level of work ethic and professionalism while multi‑tasking and using basic office software.

• Minimum one‑year experience in a medical setting
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Medical terminology preferred
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel and computer typing skills required
• Excellent verbal, customer service, and written skills necessary
• Good organizational skills required
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required
