Seattle Indian Health Board (SIHB) places a strong emphasis on the services offered by our Behavioral Health Department. The Residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Clinical Supervisor works closely with other leadership staff to carry out the mission of SIHB in the delivery of culturally attuned, high-quality, and accessible healthcare. Collaboration with our outpatient SUD staff is paramount to ensure continuity of care for all relatives who transition through all levels of SUD Treatment.
Practices will be guided by our Indigi Know Model of Care. The SUD Clinical Supervisor will report directly to the Clinical Director of Residential Treatment. The Residential Clinical Supervisor FTE will be split 50% for direct clinical practice (20 hours) and 50% for administrative time (20 clinical oversight hours).
This position reports directly to the Clinical Director of Residential Treatment. The Residential SUD Clinical Supervisor supervises the SUD counselors. The SUD Clinical Supervisor also exercises indirect oversight over counselor aides.

- The Residential Substance Use Disorder Clinical Supervisor will work in close collaboration with our Outpatient SUD and Mental Health Teams. The primary role of the SUD Clinical Supervisor is to provide on-going clinical group supervision to further develop and enhance the clinical knowledge of the treatment team.
