Assemble highly complex three-dimensional models that have a series of components. Components may include a combination of skeletal, soft tissue, and electronic interface as a combined function on multi-position/function stands. Maintain, test, and repair client inventory of injection simulators and for Botox injection procedures.

Job Duties One or more of these duties may apply depending on the work area:
Review and follow masters, SOPs, job travelers, bills of material, and supporting documentation.
Inspect and prepare parts for assembly and verify completed work before moving to the next operation.
Assemble detailed models requiring a high degree of accuracy, including drilling, trimming, gluing, and other assembly processes.
Assemble, solder, test, and install circuit boards, wiring, and other electrical components as required.
Safely use adhesives, accelerators, paints, resins, silicones, epoxies, urethanes, and other production materials.
Operate hand tools and shop equipment, including knives, drills, sanders, saws, grinders, air presses, resin dispensers, blenders, molds, and ovens.
Measure, weigh, mix, fill, and label production materials as required.
Accurately count, inspect, document, and complete required production records.
Meet established productivity, quality, and schedule requirements.
Use computers and touch screens to access and enter production information.
Follow PPE and safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts and assist other departments as needed.
Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements Ability to follow written, verbal, visual, and technical instructions, including drawings and anatomical references.
Ability to perform detailed and repetitive assembly work accurately, independently, or as part of a team.
Ability to safely use hand tools, sharp instruments, soldering equipment, and production machinery.
Ability to work safely with adhesives, urethanes, epoxies, silicones, thermoset and thermoplastic materials, and other production chemicals.
Ability to use basic math and accurately measure using Metric and English units, rulers, tape measures, calipers, scales, and calculators.
Basic computer and touch-screen skills.
Ability to meet established productivity, quality, and deadline expectations.
Ability to grasp and manipulate parts throughout the shift and perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, prying, bending, squatting, and reaching.
Ability to lift and move product or totes up to 50 lbs. and move wheeled cases up to 95 lbs.
Ability to sit and/or stand for most or all of the shift and perform detailed work requiring close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
