** Your Responsibilities
*** Work closely with Technicians nationwide to support parts replenishment and make necessary adjustments
* Process daily and weekly air freight orders
* Working together with other teams (warehouse, customer service, etc.)
* Respond to emails and complete inventory adjustments in a timely manner
* Submit claims for missing parts to Germany
* Activate and maintain part numbers in the system
* Prepare, coordinate and complete inventory counts for all technicians across the country
* Work on inventory counts at the warehouse as needed
** What we are looking for
*** 2- 5 years’ experience in inventory control or related field
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* SAP experience an asset
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
