Our client is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join their growing warehouse team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative support tasks within the warehouse.

Position:
Warehouse Administrator Requirements:
  • Coordinate receipt of all materials following all established protocol
  • Prepare necessary documentation for Shippers and Receivers and Order Pickers daily
  • Greet drivers and ensure all paperwork is completed
  • Entering and importing data into system
  • Communicate with office staff, carrier and Customer Service as needed
  • Understand and comply with all HACCP and GMP policies
  • Follow-up with customers regarding shipments and back-ordered parts
  • Receiving and distributing incoming packages for office
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors
  • Performing forklift duties as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned
    • Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of high school education or equivalent
  • 3 years relevant administrative experience
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Certified forklift training with valid license
