Project Coordinator – Vaughan, ONFull-Time | Monday to Friday | On-Site$65,000–$75,000 + Profit Share Bonus

Project Coordinator for their Vaughan location. If you’re organized,

What You’ll DoSupport project managers and sales teams with order coordination, scheduling, and documentationCreate, update, and track project files, quotes, and purchase ordersLiaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of materialsCoordinate project status updates, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate recordsAssist with billing, reporting, and general administrative supportMaintain strong customer relationships through responsive and solutions-oriented serviceWhat You BringExperience in project coordination, supply chain, or related administrative support rolesKnowledge of electrical, industrial, or construction-related products (an asset but not required)Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlinesProficiency with MS Office; ERP experience is an assetDetail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skillsA team-first attitude and commitment to customer serviceWhat’s OfferedSalary: $65,000–$75,000 based on experienceProfit share bonus programMonday–Friday in-office scheduleOpportunity to grow with a respected organization in the electrical and communications distribution industry
