Join our BPA team as an Administrator in Vaughan, where you will handle data analysis and account reconciliation in a 100% in-office role. Support union representatives and ensure accurate reporting each day.
We are seeking an Administrator to assist with day-to-day operations within our team, currently located in Toronto but moving to Vaughan. You will engage with collective agreements, process employer contributions, and assist union representatives while handling various reports. Your attention to detail will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and reconcile company reports for accuracy
• Respond to inquiries from union representatives and members
• Assist with documentation for employers
• Process benefit self-payments and address discrepancies
• Run monthly queries to aid reporting efforts
Requirements:
• Experience in office administration and data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong mathematical skills and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
