Position: Executive Assistant at Mackenzie Health

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide essential support to the President & CEO and facilitate governance for the Foundation’s Board of Directors.

Your role involves ensuring efficient operations of the CEO’s office and compliance with governance protocols, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations and CEO's calendar management

• Draft and coordinate crucial correspondence and presentations

• Lead planning for Board and committee meetings

• Maintain up-to-date governance documents and manuals

• Track and report on governance KPIs and trends

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent experience

• At least 5 years providing executive support

• 3 years of direct governance experience

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
