Position overview:
We are seeking a Sales & Reception Coordinator (called "Client Care Coordinator" internally) to join our Client Care team! In this role, you will be responsible for administrative duties within the clinic, providing an exceptional client experience, and driving sales of our products and services.
This is a permanent, full-time position based onsite at our North Maple , Hear CANADA Clinic located at 11399 Keele St. Unit 5, North Maple, Ontario. Typical hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm local time.

What you'll do:
Provide an exceptional and individualized client experience for clients visiting and contacting the clinic
Manage the clinic schedule by booking and rescheduling appointments; follow-up on missed appointments or with appointment reminders
