We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Medical Office Patient Coordinator / Medical Receptionist to join our private family and concierge medicine practice.
This is a full-time, front-facing position for someone who genuinely enjoys working with patients, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and is able to confidently manage a busy medical office environment.
Position Details- Full-time
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Location: Dufferin & Steeles / Concord area
- Compensation: $23–$27/hour

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth day-to‑day operation of the front desk, including:
- Welcoming and assisting patients in a warm, professional manner
- Managing front desk operations and patient flow
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Responding to patient emails and inquiries
- Booking, confirming, and managing appointments
- Maintaining accurate patient information and documentation
- Managing and organizing physical medical charts
- Providing excellent patient service and follow‑up
- Supporting physicians and the clinical team with administrative tasks
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Handling confidential patient information with professionalism and discretion
- Taking initiative to identify and complete tasks that help the office run efficiently
Medical Administration experience is required. The ideal candidate will be:
