As a vital team member reporting to the Manager of Business Solutions, you will drive project sizing, resource estimation, and lead essential analysis sessions. Your ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Lead business analysis and documentation efforts
• Provide ongoing status reports and updates on projects
• Identify testing approaches and criteria for solutions
• Offer 2nd and 3rd level support to users
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or IT
• 2 years experience in the Insurance industry preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with MS Office, Visio, and Project
• Lean Six Sigma or CBAP designation is a plus
