Strategic Business Analyst - Mattr

In this critical role, you will report to the Group President and be responsible for shaping and executing Mattr's global strategy. Your work will involve strategic planning, performance management, and comprehensive data analysis to support high-impact business decisions. This leadership role provides immediate exposure to executive-level strategies and potential to evolve into an operational leadership position within a year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage strategic objectives for Mattr

• Develop business plans and decision support documents

• Research best practices and industry trends

• Analyze project data for process optimization

• Report on strategic initiatives and KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Engineering;
Master in Business

• Five years of strategic and analytical experience

• Expertise in project management and financial analysis

• Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams

• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
