Analyst, Claims Administration & Safety

Located in Orillia, this position involves working closely with WSIB to provide expertise in workplace safety and long-term income protection claims. Your ability to synthesize data and identify trends will be crucial in supporting organizational health and safety initiatives. You'll manage claims-related data requests and provide analytical support for decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in WSIB claims management

• Report claims data and liaise with senior OPP Command

• Conduct trend analyses on claims program data

• Collaborate with the Claims Administration team

• Develop and improve data management systems

Requirements:

• Experience with HR information systems

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Knowledge of Ontario’s workplace safety legislation

• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders

• Must pass an OPP background/security investigation
