As the Industrial Participation Manager, you will drive the development of strategies supporting various international programs. With a focus on Industrial Participation (IP) requirements, you will collaborate with executives and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
Your role will involve capturing opportunities, engaging with bid teams, and maintaining stakeholder relationships for program success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Industrial Participation strategies for defense programs
• Establish common processes to embed IP into business practices
• Identify and capture Industrial Participation opportunities and credits
• Collaborate with bid teams for aligned proposals
• Monitor performance and provide regular reporting to leadership
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in Supply Chain or Program Management
• Knowledge of Industrial Policy and Offset Programmes
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
• Experience in program planning and budgeting
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
