As a key member of the Personal & Commercial Banking division, this role requires strong interpersonal skills combined with a solid understanding of banking solutions. You will advise customers on transactions, coach them on digital banking tools, and assist with both cash and non-cash dealings to ensure service excellence. Your objective is to help customers navigate banking seamlessly while supporting team goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers in service transactions and digital education

Requirements:
• High school diploma with 1+ years of relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada certification within 6 months
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and branch software
• Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage tasks in a dynamic environment
