In this full-time, temporary position, you will be CIBC’s face to clients at the Banking Centre. Your responsibilities include identifying client banking needs, connecting clients with the right services, and using your financial product knowledge to drive impeccable service. Strong communication skills will be essential as you resolve issues and promote positive interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client interactions with care
• Introduce clients to available banking services
• Support clients in accessing digital banking platforms
• Resolve client issues to ensure a seamless experience
• Encourage teamwork to achieve client success
Requirements:
• Knowledge of branch banking and client service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with banking technology and tools
• Dedication to learning and improvement
• Must be available full-time on-site
